Cesca Cares was inspired by the founder of Cesca Enterprises Inc., Francesca Schuyler. As a chaplain volunteer, for nearly 20 years in the Los Angeles and Orange County jail systems, Francesca has seen the need for hope and compassion to those that are hurting.
After nearly 40 years in accounting and financial management, Francesca’s work in the public sector was ended sooner than anticipated in 2017, due to greed and corruption by local politicians. Despite the barriers and challenges, Francesca pressed on to form Cesca Enterprises Inc., an accounting and business consulting group. From Cesca’s vision of compassion and altruism, Cesca’s Cares Ministries was born.
Cesca Cares works with local community and church organizations in delivering meals, purchasing groceries, visiting the elderly, and distributing food items to the unhoused, inmate programs and more. Opportunities to care and help occur every day. This organization is to inspire, encourage and prompt acts of kindness and compassion. Cesca Cares transcends geographic boundaries, including helping rehab buildings in Baja California for the less fortunate and helping with food distribution in Uganda, Africa.
